Where we help

You've grown. Now the old way of running things is getting in the way.

Most of our clients call us at the same point: revenue is up, but profit, speed or morale is going the wrong way. These are the problems we solve most often.

  1. 01

Profit isn't keeping up with sales

We find where margin is leaking in pricing, suppliers and operations, and fix it within one quarter.

  2. 02

Every decision still goes through the owner

We design a leadership team, roles and reporting so the business can run without you in every meeting.

  3. 03

    Growth plans stay on paper

We turn strategy into a 12-month plan with owners, budgets and monthly check-ins that actually happen.

  4. 04

A sale, merger or succession is coming

We prepare the business, the numbers and the people so you get the best price and a smooth handover.

"They told us things our own team was afraid to say, then stayed long enough to help us fix them. Best money we've spent in thirty years."

FAQ

Before you call us.

How much does a consulting project cost?

Most projects cost between $40,000 and $180,000, depending on size and length. After our first call we send a fixed fee in writing, so there are no surprises.

How long does a typical project take?

Between 8 and 20 weeks. Many clients then keep us on a small monthly retainer for a year to keep the plan on track.

Do you work with small businesses?

We work best with companies that have between 30 and 2,000 staff. For smaller firms we run a six-week growth programme at a lower fixed price.

Will you work alongside my team?

Yes. We build the plan with your managers so they own it. We don't write a report and disappear.
