No. Each template is one HTML file with its CSS and JavaScript inside. Some use a free Google Font, which you can remove if you prefer.
Will a custom 404 page hurt my SEO?
No, as long as your server still sends the 404 status code. A helpful 404 page keeps visitors on your site instead of leaving. Every template already includes a noindex tag.
